Workflow Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Capture existing and no existing processes by developing written SOPs within the operations group at MPE (PMO, Pre-Con, Project Support, Yard, Prefab, Tools)
• Develop and create Kanban boards and assist PMO, Pre-Con and Prefab facilitate morning huddles daily.
• Work with IT to develop and maintain dashboards and information radiators in different locations within MPE facilities for Pre-Con, PMO, Logistics, Pre-Fab.
• Establish and maintain excellent working relationships through a proactive consulting approach with all MPE departments and employees.
• Maintain a high degree of visibility throughout the employee base through visits to department L10s and company meetings.
• Become an EOS SME and help departments and individual use EOS Toolbox.
• Help COO/Integrator preparing, scheduling, and facilitating employee training.
• Document all company training and add to MPE University folder.
• Serve as primary employee contact with COO/Integrator and enhance knowledge of MPE workflows.
• Help prepare, schedule, and assist when needed department EOS Quarterly meetings.
• Proactively identify improvement opportunities and evolve employee relationships through SOP guidance and compliance.
• Workflow Specialist is responsible for monitoring adherence to EOS processes and L10 meetings. He/She increases team efficiency, promotes EOS best practices, spins, argues for positive changes that will assist maximizing the human component of MPE.
• Organize and coordinate the involvement of other MPE resources, including project, service, and management assets, to meet performance objectives and internal customers’ expectations.
• Serve as Project Coordinator for all COO/Integrator Projects
• Help the COO/ Integrator formulate and implement the internal logistics management system.
• Be the Integrator delegate to MPE ‘s Safety Council to promote EOS and best safety practices.
• Facilitate and document handoff meetings to engage operations teams for project, engineering, and service implementation.
• Assist COO/Integrator with remote offices when needed.
• Assist Integrator with Account Executive Metrics and KPI tracking
• Assist the COO/Integrator with Calendars, email and other functions as delegated.
• Display Servant Leadership abilities.

Workflow Specialist Qualifications:

• Must have 3 years of experience in a supervisory role.
• Must have experience in the Construction Industry.
• Must exhibit Extreme Ownership of his/her efforts and actions.
• Must be customer service minded.
• Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Must be Friendly but Firm.
• Must have stable work history.
• Must be willing to learn and teach others.
• Must be proficient with MS Office.
• Associates Degree in Business, Construction Management, Technical discipline preferred.
• Must be willing to learn Project Management and Business Analyst best practices and obtain credentials and PDU’s from PMI in that regard.
• Must read and fully understand the principles of the following books Traction, Get a Grip, Rocket Fuel, Five Disfunctions of a team, Good to Great.
• Must maintain strict confidentiality of all business discussions, strategy and issue that he/she may be involved directly or indirectly.

Specific Weekly/Monthly functions and responsibilities.

• Full-Time position Monday-Friday 8:00 am-5:00pm
• Participate in PMO, PSG, Prefab and Pre-Con L10 as a delegate of the COO/Integrator when needed
• Maintain Organization Tools & Techniques SOP in the M: Drive
• Be custodian of Lessons Learned repositories for All MPE groups
• Assist in the implementation of EOS to the Apprentice Level.
• Working with SMEs and Account Executives to create and deliver presentations for new clients.
• Remove team obstacles.
• Planning and schedule of COO/Integrator Calendar
• Creating and implementing timelines for internal projects in Traction Tools/Procore
• Identify opportunities for process improvement.

• Develop and execute unique solutions for internal customers’ project objectives.
• Coordinate all sponsors and internal clients marketing activities within organization environment.
• Provide required assistance to production and client services.
• Maintain close relations with Marketing, Pre-Con, and Operations teams.
• Coordinate with marketing personnel related client feedback, press releases and case studies.
• Train and coach other personnel on SOPs
